Poverty Relief
Our Poverty Intervention service provides emergency food parcels, as well as sanitary and hygiene products, and household cleaning products.
We also offer winter warmers such as blankets, hats, gloves, and disposable heat packs to help those in need stay warm during the colder months.
All of our direct poverty relief is totally free of charge to those who are referred in to our services. Referrals can come from health and social-care workers statutory services, or other organisations; we can help you get referred for our support if you need help.
Advice & Support
Our advice and support service offers onsite assistance and links to support from our partners and local services, including housing and job agencies, debt management, family mental health support, and financial advice.
With a safe space on our premises, clients can come to us for a friendly chat to find out what assistance they need. If we don't have the right services in-house to help meet your needs, we will link you to those who can.
Community Care Link's goal is to connect residents to the optimal resources for their needs, improving health outcomes and social determinants of health.
Non-urgent Services
Alongside our primary service of poverty relief, we also provide the opportunity for individuals to purchase items from us at heavily discounted prices. Everyone can access our support, no matter which part of the journey of growth you are on. Or, even if you're just looking for a bargain, there's plenty on offer.

Community Care Link can also help you with small household items like cushions, kitchenware or bedding etc. We will have a small stock on hand at all times, or can locate anything we don't immediately have.
As part of our sustainable outlook, everything we provide is second-hand and of great quality. If there's something you need, or would like to get your hands on, come along and see what is available to you.
Events
We host small events to raise funds, awareness and community spirits! These vary from coffee mornings, to clairvoyance evenings, and plenty more in between. Keep an eye out for what we have upcoming; there may be something that interests you.
