About Us
Community Care Link is a service provider and community link, founded in 2025 by two individuals who are passionate about what they do, to support North Tyneside and its residents with the rising difficulties of poverty.
With numerous years in the sector and a lot of experience between them, the founders noticed a gap in services which left many without the support and care they need. Having plenty of tools and backing from industry leaders, a tremendous effort was made to create a new entity with a fresh approach to poverty relief. Without re-inventing the wheel, existing channels for support were re-formulated to produce better results in all directions.

Community Care Link is a co-ordinated service that meets immediate needs and builds long-term resilience and empowerment of community members facing poverty and other life challenges. A diverse range of services, combined with a vast and growing network offers a unique and tailored experience for all clients who are in need.

"A beating heart in the community that offers empathy, opportunities and help to those in need."
